So disappointed. This store was so dirty. Staff walked over rubbish on the floor, carpet hadn't been vaccuumed for a long time. The stock is so disorganised. First time I have walked out without purchasing anything. I bought wooden letters at another shop for $8 and they had there's priced at $36.

The only ones that can really help are the ones at the counter in the middle, usually there's only one lady with heaps of customers waiting while ten other workers do shelf work. They need more actual serving people.

Representative of this chain - has a wide range of products: Manchester, curtains and blinds, dressmaking material, craft and kitchenware. Is also good for seasonal items plus miscellaneous such as candles ( coloured &/or aromatic).

The staff were very helpful and engaging, a great range of crafting delights, materials, and decorations. I loved the range of Halloween Decorations. I was in Halloween Heaven, I was seeking a couple of items for my decorating display and Spotlight had exactly what I needed. I will definitely be looking at Spotlight again when seeking out the things I require!

This store is so unorganised. When you ask for help from staff, they just told you to go look at that area. Would it be that hard to show you where it is?

So not only did my 2 year old son and I get attacked in the carpark by a swooping magpie, but when I reported it to the workers, they knew and weren't prepared to do anything about it. (Like how hard is it to print a sign and put it somewhere visable) Then, to top the experience off the actual store was a complete pig sty. No clear walkways, no staff to speak to, stock all over the place and just generally unkempt. Highly recommend making the trip to Armidale spotlight instead where it is tidy and staff actually respond to you
